Anthony Macasieb, D.O.

Medical Director | Board-Certified Internist | Integrative Medicine Physician

Dr. Macasieb founded VIVASol on a principle most physicians won't say out loud: conventional medicine excels at crisis intervention but fails at optimization.

With over 30 years as a board-certified internist, Dr. Macasieb has spent his career mastering both worlds—the precision of evidence-based internal medicine and the transformative power of integrative, root-cause protocols. He knows when pharmaceuticals are necessary and when they're obstacles to true healing.

At VIVASol, Dr. Macasieb leads every clinical protocol, ensuring treatments address not just symptoms but the underlying metabolic, hormonal, and inflammatory imbalances that drive aging, fatigue, and disease. From advanced aesthetic procedures to regenerative therapies and metabolic optimization, he brings 30+ years of diagnostic expertise to every patient interaction—combining the rigor of a hospitalist with the vision of a wellness pioneer.

Wendy Macasieb, RN

iWendy brings 30+ years of critical care expertise and a fierce commitment to proactive, non-toxic medicine to every aspect of VIVASol's operations.

Educated at the Charles E. Gregory School of Nursing, she began her career in intensive care before specializing in therapeutic plasmapheresis with the Baltimore RH Typing Laboratory, servicing hospitals throughout the Washington D.C. and Maryland region. After raising and homeschooling seven children, Wendy returned to healthcare with a clear mission: help clients achieve optimal health using the least pharmaceutical intervention possible.

As VIVASol's co-owner and operations manager, she ensures every protocol aligns with the center's founding principle—that the body heals best when supported with premium-sourced, minimally invasive therapies. Her background in critical care gives her the clinical precision to know when intervention is necessary; her three decades studying natural medicine give her the wisdom to know when it's not.

Tamara Mullens

Licensed Medical Esthetics | Laser & Microneedling Specialist

Tamara brings precision, warmth, and transformative results to every treatment. A 2016 Aveda Institute Valedictorian with advanced certifications in microneedling, laser technology, and phlebotomy, she's known for her ability to see what others miss—and deliver skin that reflects true vitality.

Beyond facials and laser treatments, Tamara plays a key role in VIVASol's medical weight loss program, helping clients achieve total-body transformation. A former business owner who chose to follow her passion for wellness, she combines clinical expertise with an intuitive understanding of what makes each client feel confident and radiant.

Lisa is VIVASol's operational backbone and often the first friendly face clients meet.

A Lake Norman native whose family owned and operated Stutts Marina for decades, Lisa brings deep community roots and genuine care to every patient interaction. Since joining VIVASol in 2018, she's become essential to the center's daily operations—managing scheduling, coordinating treatments, and ensuring every patient feels welcomed, informed, and supported throughout their wellness journey.

Lisa's passion for healthy living isn't theoretical—she lives it. Whether she's guiding clients through their first consultation, coordinating complex treatment protocols, or troubleshooting behind the scenes, she approaches every task with the same goal: make the path to transformation as smooth and positive as possible
